Breakfast at the LimeRock Inn is a culinary experience. Frank and PJ, the Innkeepers, have a simple outlook on food and fine dining. They believe that only two kinds of people exist in the world … those who “eat to live” and those who “live to eat”. Being lifetime members of the later group, they believe that the right setting is the best accompaniment for good food.
At the LimeRock Inn, you will be treated to seasonal fruit, homemade breads, regional fruit jams and, of course, plenty of freshly brewed coffee using a special blend from the locally owned Rock City Roasters. Tea drinkers are offered tea from a generous selection of black and herbal teas. Entrees reflect the culinary influences of the Innkeepers. Frank and PJ are well traveled domestically, so emphasis is on traditional American cuisine. Infusions of other influences include family recipes of Frittatas and Italian pastries from travels in northern Lazio, Italy.
